I'm Naomh, a physiotherapist, BradCliff Breathing Practitioner, and Pilates instructor who discovered the transformative power of breathwork through my own journey with anxiety and hypermobility.

After years of struggling with anxiety and the physical challenges of hypermobility, I found that traditional approaches only addressed symptoms, not the root cause. It wasn't until I discovered proper breathing techniques that everything changed.
