Breathing Masterclass

If your breathing has ever felt “off”, like you can’t quite get a full or satisfying breath, this is designed to help you actually fix that, not just manage it.This is a structured, step by step program to help you understand and retrain your breathing so it starts to feel normal again.

If your diaphragm is sore

A dull ache just below the sternum, between the lower ribs, or radiating into the mid-back is normal and good — that's the muscle working for possibly the first time in years. It's the same DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) you'd get from any new exercise. It clears in 24–48 hours. If you're sore: still train, but drop the load by 10–15% that day, or do 1 set instead of 2. Pair with the diaphragm self-release from Week 3 — 30 seconds of fingertips under the costal margin clears the soreness fast. Skip a day only if the soreness is sharp rather than dull.
