From the clinic
Whatever you found today is just information — it’s not a diagnosis, and it’s not permanent. I’ve watched flared ribs return to optimal across this programme. I’ve watched narrow ribs open. The angle responds to the work.Post your finding in the WhatsApp group. You’ll be surprised how varied we all are.

Throughout your day
Moments to Reset This Week
Last week you noticed where your breath lived. This week, in those same moments, you offer your body the Reset. Thirty seconds. Anywhere. No one needs to know. Aim for the Reset ten times a day. By Friday your body will start doing it without you asking.
At the kitchen bench
Cooking, washing, leaning. Drop the shoulder you’re leaning on. Hook the crown. Three nasal breaths.
At your desk, every hour
Stand. Lengthen. Roll the shoulders back. One book-opener rotation each side. Sit back down taller.
In a queue
Shoulders down. Crown up. Exhale longer than inhale. The whole queue will pass without noticing.
Stuck at a red light
Hands at 10 and 2. Ear over shoulder. Soften the jaw. One slow nasal exhale before the light changes.
Before a phone call or meeting
Do the full Reset. Then start the call. Your voice will land an octave lower. You’ll sound — and feel — steadier.
Walking
By the third step — are you breathing through your nose, or have you switched to mouth?
When you catch phone neck
Bring the phone up to eye level, not your head down to it. Drop. Lift. Stack. Soften. Carry on.
Before sleep
Lying down: roll shoulders back into the bed. Let the chest open. One long nasal exhale to close the day.
