A few minutes now
makes your call count
You’ve booked your 15-minute discovery call. Here’s how to arrive ready, so we spend our time on you, not on catching up.
Try these before we talk
Three small things. You’ll likely feel a shift before the call even begins, and you’ll have something to tell me about.
Notice your everyday breath 30 seconds
Don’t change anything yet. Just sit, and watch how you’re already breathing.
Where does the air go? Put one hand on your chest, one on your belly. Which one moves first? Which moves more?
Through nose or mouth? And is there a pause after you breathe out, or do you rush straight back in?
Whatever you notice, bring it to the call. There are no wrong answers here. The slow exhale 1 minute
This is the fastest way to feel your nervous system settle. The out-breath is the brake pedal.
Breathe in gently through your nose for a count of 4. Breathe out slowly through your nose for a count of 6, like you’re letting a sigh go.
Repeat for one minute. Longer out than in. That’s the whole trick.
Catch your breath-holding all day
Many people with air hunger unknowingly hold or grab at their breath, especially when concentrating, scrolling, or stressed.
For the next day, just notice: when do you catch yourself holding your breath, sighing a lot, or yawning to “get a full one in”?
These moments are gold. They tell us a lot about what’s driving your symptoms.Your 2-minute breathing snapshot
Fill this in and it saves to this page, and a copy comes to me so I can read it before we speak. The clearer your picture, the more useful our 15 minutes will be.
What happens on the call
No pressure, no hard sell. Fifteen focused minutes to give you direction.
- We explore what you’re experiencing : your breathing, your symptoms, what sets them off.
- I give you an initial clinical perspective : what may be driving it, from a breathing-pattern and nervous-system view.
- We map your next steps : and whether a structured programme would actually help you, or not.
- You leave with clarity : a clear sense of direction, so you can make an informed decision either way.
